Ratings shown on MapleDriven are labelled by source. Google ratings are third-party information — not MapleDriven scores or endorsements.

Google ratings

When a shop profile displays a Google rating or review count, it is labelled as third-party information and should link to the source. It is not a MapleDriven rating and may change at the source.

MapleDriven reviews

A future first-party review feature should clearly distinguish verified service experiences from unverified submissions, prohibit purchased reviews, disclose incentives and keep moderation separate from paid placement. This page will be updated before that feature launches.

Moderation

MapleDriven may remove unlawful content, personal information, spam, impersonation or content unrelated to the service experience. A complete moderation and appeal process must be published before first-party reviews are enabled.

Disputes

If displayed third-party information is incorrect, contact us and also use the source platform’s correction process. MapleDriven does not promise a fixed resolution time.
