SMS Terms & Conditions
Terms of service and messaging compliance policy for MapleDriven SMS notifications, operated by Yabuh Ltd.
Effective August 22, 2026
Program Summary: MapleDriven SMS Notifications
1. Agreeing to Receive Messages is Strictly Optional
When registering an account on MapleDriven (/signup) or submitting an inquiry via our contact form (/contact), you may optionally provide your mobile phone number and choose to receive text messages (SMS/MMS).
2. Description of Messages & Use Case
Messages sent through our Toll-Free number (+1-888-878-6027) are transactional and informational customer-care communications directly related to your automotive appointments, including:
- Auto service appointment booking confirmations
- Schedule reminders and shop status updates
- Responses to driver customer support inquiries
- Critical schedule change alerts or technician notices
3. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel and opt out of receiving SMS notifications from MapleDriven at any time. Simply text STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to +1 (888) 878-6027.
Upon texting STOP, we will send you a single SMS confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you explicitly re-opt in.
In plain words: replying STOP stops all our texts. The only texts you will still get are login codes that you ask for yourself. Reply START to get texts again.
4. Customer Support & Assistance (HELP)
If you experience issues with the messaging service or need help, you can text HELP or INFO to +1 (888) 878-6027, or reach our customer support team directly at:
5. Message Frequency & Carrier Rates
Message frequency varies depending on your booking activity and inquiries. As standard with wireless communications, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your mobile carrier for your plan details.
6. Carrier Disclaimer
Supported mobile carriers in Canada and the United States include, but are not limited to: Bell, Rogers, Telus, SaskTel, Freedom Mobile, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Strict Mobile Privacy Protection
